About This Program
The Partner Mastermind is a quarterly small-group session exclusively for Partner members. Peer-led, low agenda, high candor. Each cohort is capped at eight people for a close-knit and connected experience.
Sessions rotate between structured peer consulting — one person brings a real challenge, the group works it — and open conversation on whatever is alive for the group that quarter.
No presentations, no slides. Just school leaders with each other, doing the work. Mastermind cohorts are matched by school type and size where possible.
