About This Program

Not a conference. Not a workshop. The LUCAT Refresh is a gathering for school leaders who need to step away from the building and reconnect with why they do this work.

Low structure, high connection. No keynotes, no pitch decks, no exhibitors. A small group of school leaders in a good setting with time to think, talk, and breathe.

Programming is intentionally light — the conversations that happen over dinner matter as much as the ones in the room. Registration is limited to keep it intimate.
