Common Questions
Yes. Annual memberships can be cancelled before your next renewal date. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime and will not renew. No penalties, no questions asked.
Absolutely. Log into your Payhip account at any time and upgrade your tier. You’ll only be charged the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
All resources are delivered through your Payhip member account. Log in at payhip.com/lucat to access your downloads. Slack invitations are sent by email within 24 hours of joining.
Partner coaching calls are matched to your area of focus. LUCAT consultants cover diverse areas such as finance, leadership, campus, communications, and personnel. You’ll be asked about your priorities when you join and matched to the best-fit person.
