About This Program

The New Heads Cohort is a year-long small-group program for first and second-year heads of school. Monthly sessions run September through June, with an optional summer intensive in July.

Each cohort is capped at 12 participants so conversations stay real and relationships develop over the year. The peer group you build here tends to stay connected well beyond the program.

Sessions follow the arc of the school year — opening your first year, board relations, your first personnel challenge, budget season, and planning for year two. Each session is structured around what participants are navigating that month.
